Join Nexus Growth Institute as a Mentor & Coaching Specialist and help professionals unlock their potential through tailored guidance, structured frameworks, and compassionate coaching. This role combines one-on-one mentoring, group coaching sessions, and program development to scale our mentorship offerings.
Location: Austin, TX with hybrid options. Remote work available for exceptional candidates.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver one-on-one mentoring sessions for mentees across varied industries, tailoring plans to career goals.
- Lead group coaching workshops and cohort sessions to drive collective learning and accountability.
- Develop mentoring curricula, resources, and tools to scale the program and ensure quality standards.
- Match mentees with suitable mentors, manage onboarding, and track progress using our LMS.
- Provide constructive feedback, progress reporting, and success metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and learning & development teams to align mentoring with talent development strategy.
- Coach for soft skills development: communication, leadership, resilience, and networking.
- Stay current with mentoring best practices and continuously refine program processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience.
- Proven ability to build trust and establish rapport with diverse mentees.
- Strong coaching framework knowledge (GROW, CLEAR, etc.) and outcome-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and feedback skills.
- Experience with learning management systems and mentoring software.
- Ability to design scalable mentoring programs and measure impact.
- Empathy, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
