BrightPath Mentoring, LLC is seeking a dedicated Mentor & Coaching Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize our coaching programs for professionals across industries. This role blends one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and curriculum development to drive measurable growth and outcomes.
You will partner with talent teams and leaders to tailor coaching experiences, assess learner needs, and ensure inclusive, accessible delivery across virtual and in-person settings.
Key outcomes include improved stakeholder engagement, enhanced skill mastery, and sustainable career progress for program participants.
Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve comprehensive mentoring programs for early-career and mid-career professionals.
- Recruit, train, and coach mentors; establish quality standards and feedback loops.
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and dynamic group workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Develop curricula, resource materials, and onboarding content for new participants and mentors.
- Track progress with metrics, dashboards, and quarterly impact reports; translate data into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, product, and leadership teams to align mentoring with organizational goals.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and participant experience; ensure equitable access and inclusion.
- Foster a culture of growth, psychological safety, and continuous learning across cohorts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years in coaching, mentoring, or learning and development roles.
- Strong communication, active listening, and feedback-facilitation skills.
- Experience designing curricula, facilitating workshops, and delivering virtual training.
- Demonstrated empathy, cultural competency, and commitment to inclusive coaching.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with virtual coaching tools (Zoom, Calendly, LMS) and data tracking systems.
- Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) or equivalent credential is preferred.
