As a Mentor & Program Lead at MentorSphere Institute, you will architect and scale mentorship experiences that empower professionals to reach their next career milestone. This role blends individual coaching excellence with strategic program leadership to foster a thriving mentoring culture. In this position, you will partner with executive sponsors, mentoring communities, and learning and development teams to design curricula, match mentors and mentees, and measure impact with data-driven metrics.
Responsibility
- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end mentorship programs for diverse professional groups
- Develop mentor training curricula, guidelines, and ethical standards
- Build scalable matching algorithms and processes to pair mentors with mentees
- Partner with stakeholders to align mentoring with talent development goals and workforce planning
- Measure program effectiveness using metrics such as retention, promotion rate, and satisfaction
- Coach and support senior mentors to maximize impact and avoid burnout
- Maintain robust documentation, dashboards, and reporting for leadership
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field; master's preferred
- 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or learning and development experience
- Proven success in designing and scaling mentorship programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with data analytics and outcome measurement
- Familiarity with LMS or learning platforms and content design
