Job description

BrightPath Mentoring is seeking a results-driven Mentor Program Lead to design, implement, and scale our coaching initiatives. This role focuses on building meaningful mentor-mentee relationships, delivering high-impact coaching sessions, and shaping a best-in-class mentoring experience for diverse professionals.

As a strategic partner to Talent, Learning, and Community teams, you will develop curricula, recruit and onboard mentors, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends program management, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration to unlock career growth.

Responsibility

  • Design, launch, and manage scalable mentoring programs and curricula for diverse mentees.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer and paid mentors; maintain a thriving mentor network.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions and group mentoring, ensuring inclusive, confidential, and ethical standards.
  • Develop programming calendars, session materials, and learning resources.
  • Monitor progress and outcomes; analyze metrics; report on impact to leadership.
  • Partner with Talent, Learning, and Community teams to align initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Champion best practices in coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the program at events, webinars, and partnerships; build brand awareness.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years designing and delivering mentorship, coaching, or professional development programs.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse populations and foster inclusive environments.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data mindset with ability to track metrics and use insights to iterate programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Coaching or mentoring certifications (e.g., ICF, MCC/ACC) preferred; not required.
