Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Mentor Program Lead to design, manage, and scale our mentorship initiatives for aspiring professionals. You will partner with leadership to create structured mentoring programs, recruit mentors, and measure impact across cohorts. This role sits at the intersection of people, learning, and business outcomes.

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will champion a culture of learning, coach mentors and mentees, and drive outcomes that accelerate career growth and retention. You will own end-to-end program design, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure lasting, measurable impact.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement scalable mentorship programs aligned with business goals and learner outcomes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-caliber mentors across multiple domains and levels.
  • Coach and support mentors in effective communication, feedback, goal-setting, and inclusive practices.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and evaluation processes to measure program impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify mentoring needs and tailor cohorts to diverse audiences.
  • Manage program budget, scheduling, and logistics for workshops, events, and digital sessions.
  • Foster an inclusive mentoring culture by addressing participant concerns and iterating based on feedback.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, or people development with a track record of program delivery.
  • Experience building mentorship or coaching programs within tech, startups, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong facilitation, active listening, and feedback skills with a coaching mindset.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using program metrics and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple cohorts and timelines.
