Join ElevateMentor Solutions as a Mentor & Programs Lead and help professionals unlock their potential through structured mentoring and coaching programs. This role combines one-to-one mentoring, group coaching, and curriculum development to drive meaningful career outcomes.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable mentoring initiatives, recruit and onboard mentors, and measure impact through clear metrics. The ideal candidate is a seasoned mentor with exceptional communication, empathy, and a passion for developing others in diverse environments.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, launch, and scaling of one-to-one mentoring programs and group coaching sessions.
- Develop mentorship curricula, resources, and evaluation tools to track participant progress.
- Recruit, onboard, and support mentors; foster a thriving mentoring community.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and success teams to align programs with strategic goals.
- Measure impact using KPIs, prepare dashboards, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Provide coaching to emerging leaders and mid-career professionals to accelerate growth.
- Champion inclusive practices and accessible mentoring experiences for diverse populations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience designing curricula, workshops, and training materials; strong facilitation skills.
- Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, and program evaluation.
- Certification in coaching or mentoring (e.g., ICF, CPT) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
