MentorForge Solutions is seeking a dynamic Mentoring Lead to architect and scale our corporate mentorship programs. You will partner with HR, L&D, and business leaders to deliver measurable growth, retention, and engagement outcomes through high-impact coaching.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, launch, and ongoing optimization of enterprise mentoring programs across multiple functions.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach a diverse network of mentors; establish clear guidelines and expectations.
- Develop curricula, facilitator guides, and development plans tailored to cohorts and roles.
- Match mentees with mentors, manage schedules, and monitor progress using our LMS and analytics tools.
- Define success metrics, collect feedback, and produce dashboards that demonstrate program impact on retention, performance, and career progression.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to align mentoring with talent strategies and performance goals.
- Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe environment that encourages experimentation and growth.
- Lead training sessions and provide 1:1 coaching as needed to escalate high-potential talent.
Qualification
- 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, or leadership development in corporate or nonprofit settings.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating mentorship programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and active listening skills; capable of candid feedback delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across HR, L&D, and business units.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's or relevant coaching certification (ICF, EMCC) preferred.
- Familiarity with LMS, HRIS, and analytics tools; data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into action.

- Ability to travel up to 10% (if applicable) or as needed in a hybrid/remote role.
