Join our dynamic organization as a Mentoring Lead, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling mentorship programs that empower professionals to grow, achieve goals, and accelerate their careers. This role blends coaching, curriculum development, and stakeholder collaboration to create measurable development outcomes.
As part of our People & Culture team, you will partner with leaders, mentors, and mentees to foster a culture of continuous learning and supportive guidance.
Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable mentoring programs aligned with business goals.
- Develop curricula, coaching guides, and resource libraries for mentors and mentees.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align programs with strategic workforce objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and train mentors; establish selection criteria and pairing processes.
- Measure outcomes, track metrics (retention, performance, skill gains) and report to stakeholders.
- Coach and support mentor-mentee relationships, resolving conflicts and escalating as needed.
- Scale programs through digital platforms, asynchronous modules, and live sessions.
Qualification
- 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, or learning & development with demonstrated impact.
- Strong coaching mindset with certifications (e.g., ICF) preferred.
- Experience designing mentoring curricula and learning paths.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into program improvements.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Passion for helping others grow and a commitment to inclusivity.
