Responsibility

  • Develop and oversee the mentoring program strategy, goals, and success metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a diverse network of mentors aligned with program objectives.
  • Design curriculum, onboarding, and ongoing learning resources for mentors and mentees.
  • Manage mentor-mentee matching processes, including intake surveys and interest profiles.
  • Coordinate and host workshops, speaker sessions, and cohort events.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on program data to improve outcomes and demonstrate impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Learning & Development, and operations to scale the program.
  • Ensure inclusive practices and accessibility to support diverse participants.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or related developmental programs.
  • Proven success in program management, operations, or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, with strong facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build trust, relationships, and credible partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with data-driven evaluation and reporting; comfort with dashboards and CRM or learning platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Education, Psychology, HR, or related. Advanced degree preferred.
