Northstar Mentoring Group is seeking a seasoned Mentoring Program Coach to design, deliver, and optimize mentoring experiences for professionals across industries. As a Mentoring Program Coach, you will lead the end-to-end mentoring initiative, mentor aspiring mentors, and partner with HR and L&D to align outcomes with business goals. You’ll cultivate a thriving mentor community, deliver impactful coaching sessions, and continuously refine curricula to maximize engagement and impact.

Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and scale comprehensive mentoring programs across functions and levels.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching and group mentoring sessions, tailoring approaches to individual needs.
  • Develop curricula, training materials, coaching guides, and facilitator resources for mentors and mentees.
  • Track progress with metrics, analyze outcomes, and report on program impact to leadership.
  • Recruit, train, and certify internal mentors; foster a vibrant mentor community and knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to align mentoring initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and public speaking engagements to promote mentoring and professional development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Education, Psychology, HR, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of mentoring, coaching, or workforce development experience; corporate or startup environments preferred.
  • Coaching certifications (ICF, CPTD, or equivalent) highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and active listening skills; ability to adapt to diverse learners.
  • Proven track record designing learning programs and applying adult learning theory.
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfort with data and analytics; proficiency with LMS, Excel/Sheets, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and influence without formal authority.
