Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Mentoring Program Lead to design, scale, and nurture our professional mentoring program. This role partners with HR, L&D, and senior leaders to create structured, impactful guidance for early- and mid-career professionals.

As a guide to growth, you will recruit and train mentors, design curricula, and implement scalable matching, measurement, and feedback loops to drive tangible outcomes and a thriving inclusive culture.

Responsibility

  • Develop and own the mentoring program strategy, goals, success metrics, and roadmap.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard mentors; curate mentor profiles and quality standards.
  • Implement scalable mentor-mentee matching processes and ensure onboarding quality.
  • Design mentorship curricula, resource libraries, and workshop series to accelerate professional growth.
  • Oversee program operations: scheduling, communications, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR, DEI, and business leaders to align with business goals and inclusive practices.
  • Lead feedback loops, measure impact, and present insights to executives and stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement and scalability of the mentoring program.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, talent development, or related.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling mentorship programs or coaching initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, active listening, and coaching skills.
  • Experience with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion) and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with HR, L&D, and leadership; strong project management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of DEI principles and inclusive mentoring practices.
  • Curriculum design and workshop facilitation experience.
