We are seeking a proactive, strategic Mentoring Program Lead to design, scale, and oversee high-impact mentoring initiatives for early to mid-career professionals. This role blends program architecture, stakeholder alignment, and people-centric leadership to deliver measurable development outcomes.
In this position, you will partner with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to create inclusive, accessible mentoring experiences that accelerate career progression while reinforcing a culture of continuous learning. You will own the program lifecycle from blueprint to launch, and you will cultivate a thriving mentor and mentee community through excellence in coaching, communications, and impact measurement.
Responsibility
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize mentoring programs aligned with organizational goals and growth strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, and train mentors and mentees; establish clear expectations, guidelines, and success metrics.
- Coordinate mentor-mentee matching using data-driven approaches and stakeholder input to maximize outcomes.
- Develop and monitor program metrics, dashboards, and reports to demonstrate impact and inform improvements.
- Provide coaching and support to mentors; deliver constructive feedback and ongoing development resources.
- Manage program budget, tools, and vendor relationships; ensure scalable and sustainable operations.
- Lead internal communications, events, and recognition programs that foster engagement and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all mentoring activities and materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, especially in Education, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
- 5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or talent development; proven track record building mentorship programs.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities; experience facilitating groups and delivering feedback.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), CRM, or similar tools; ability to translate insights into actionable programs.
- Commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and equitable access to development opportunities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
