We are seeking an experienced Mentoring Program Manager to lead program strategy, partner with stakeholders, and drive measurable growth for mentors and mentees alike.
In this role, you will blend coaching expertise with program management to create meaningful mentorship experiences, develop curricula, and build robust measurement frameworks.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, launch, and optimization of mentoring programs for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with product, People Ops, and external partners to align program goals with business outcomes.
- Develop curricula, mentor training, and onboarding materials to ensure consistency and quality.
- Establish success metrics, collect data, and prepare executive updates to demonstrate impact.
- Coach and mentor internal program coordinators and mentors to foster growth and engagement.
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations as needed.
- Scale programs through digital platforms, community forums, and events while maintaining high engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, or education program management.
- Proven track record designing mentorship curricula and assessing outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with LMS, data analytics, and program reporting tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
