Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to join our Bali-based construction team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will lead the on-site mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring all work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings. You will coordinate closely with the project manager, site engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality systems on time and within budget, while upholding the highest safety standards.
As the MEP Supervisor, you will oversee daily on-site activities, verify installations for quality and safety, and ensure compliance with local codes and client requirements. You will review submittals, shop drawings, and material deliveries, manage RFIs and change orders, and coordinate commissioning activities to achieve seamless handover. This role requires a proactive leader who can communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle.

Responsibility
- Lead on-site MEP installations (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals.
- Coordinate with the project manager, site engineers, and subcontractors to plan, schedule, and monitor MEP activities.
- Inspect installations for quality, safety, and compliance with codes; enforce QA/QC procedures on site.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and manage RFIs and change orders to minimize delays.
- Monitor progress against milestones; maintain daily logs and prepare weekly progress reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities; ensure complete as-built documentation and closeout packages.
- Uphold local regulations and company safety standards; conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections with the team.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of on-site MEP supervision experience in construction projects (Indonesia preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and material submittals; experience with shop drawings and RFIs.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations (K3), and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and communication skills; ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multi-discipline teams.
- Proficiency in identifying and solving on-site problems with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; capable of effective cross-cultural communication on diverse project teams.
