Louis Vuitton invites applications for a dynamic Merchandising & Client Development Intern to join our Southeast Asia team in Malaysia. This paid internship offers a holistic, hands-on experience across Merchandising, Client Development, and brand activation, with exposure to both Malaysia and Singapore markets. You will collaborate with the Retail Development and Sales teams to drive business growth, optimize product assortments, and elevate the client experience across premium boutiques.

Responsibility
- Assist the Merchandising team with product assortment planning, inventory health, and seasonal launches across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Support data-driven analysis of sales performance, pricing, and demand forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with boutique teams and marketing on client development initiatives, VIP programs, and loyalty campaigns.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to maintain premium product presentation and flagship-ready displays.
- Contribute to CRM activities, client segmentation, and targeted communications to enhance client relationships.
- Support market research on competitor activity, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, including performance dashboards and recommendations.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, Retail, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Interest in luxury fashion, brand storytelling, and showroom standards.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Team player with collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and digital marketing concepts; familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
