Job description

Join a leading international school in Singapore as a Middle and High School English Language & Literature Teacher. Our school serves a vibrant community of learners from more than 70 nations, united by curiosity, respect, and high academic standards. In this role, you will nurture students' abilities to read closely, think critically, and express ideas with clarity and confidence. You will teach across middle and high school levels, guiding students through a rich program of language arts, literary analysis, writing workshops, and communication tasks that prepare them for global citizenship.

You will design inquiry-based units that align with international standards while differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, develop assessments that inform instruction, and provide timely, actionable feedback to students and families. You will integrate technology thoughtfully—learning management systems, digital resources, and collaborative platforms—to enhance engagement and data-driven decision making.

We offer structured professional growth, mentorship from seasoned educators, and opportunities to contribute to school-wide literacy initiatives. You will participate in curriculum development, attend regular professional development sessions, and contribute to a thriving English department committed to equity, inclusion, and high expectations. Expect a supportive community, modern classrooms, and a campus culture that celebrates curiosity, empathy, and creative expression.
