ValorCore Defense is seeking a disciplined Military Intelligence Analyst to join our defense-focused team supporting national security programs.
The role blends data analysis, open-source intelligence, and operational coordination to deliver actionable insights for military customers. Eligible candidates will demonstrate analytical rigor, security awareness, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
As a member of our intelligence team, you will produce timely, accurate intelligence products, brief senior leaders, and support mission planning through integrated analysis of multi-source data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance readiness and strengthen decision advantage.
Responsibility
- Analyze and interpret intelligence data from multiple sources to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for strategic planning.
- Publish clear, concise intelligence products (briefings, reports, threat assessments) tailored to military customers.
- Monitor and correlate GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data streams; ensure data integrity and timely dissemination.
- Develop and maintain intelligence dashboards and briefing materials for leadership, field personnel, and operations planners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations planning, contingency drills, and mission readiness activities.
- Adhere to security classifications, data handling procedures, and chain-of-custody protocols for sensitive information.
- Participate in red-teaming exercises and after-action reviews to improve defense capabilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Intelligence, Political Science, Computer Science, or related field; master's preferred.
- 3+ years of military, defense, or national security intelligence experience; active clearance preferred (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) or ability to obtain.
- Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Palantir, Analyst Notebook) and OSINT sources.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to brief senior leadership and produce executive-level reports.
- Knowledge of military operations, threat assessment methodologies, and fusion concepts; familiarity with security practices and risk assessment.
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments; excellent teamwork, time management, and ethical judgment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and to support on-call requirements as needed.
