Patriot Defense Solutions is a premier defense-focused firm dedicated to enabling mission success through robust logistics and secure supply chains. We are seeking a Military Logistics Coordinator who will support military programs, liaise with government and contractor teams, and optimize material flow from supplier to field operation. This role offers a clear path to leadership and impact in national security initiatives.
Responsibility
- Plan and execute end-to-end logistics operations for defense programs, ensuring on-time delivery and strict adherence to security and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution across multiple sites to support field operations.
- Collaborate with program managers, suppliers, and military personnel to optimize supply chains and reduce costs and lead times.
- Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems, run regular audits, and generate actionable reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with DoD policies, security protocols, and safety requirements in all logistical activities.
- Manage subcontractor performance, risk assessments, and incident reporting with a focus on mission readiness.
- Prepare logistics documentation for audits and support international shipments as required (where applicable).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or related field; or equivalent military logistics experience.
- 5+ years in defense logistics or equivalent complex supply chain environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of DoD supply chain regulations, property accountability, and security protocols.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with military units and government stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to thrive under pressure.
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance; active clearance preferred.
