In this full time role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment, secure handling of sensitive materials, and compliance with military protocols.
Responsibility
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics for military operations, including transport, warehousing, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate asset visibility using ERP systems and inventory control procedures.
- Prepare and process shipments with appropriate documentation and compliance.
- Monitor supply chain risk and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with procurement, security, and field teams to align on mission timelines.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports for leadership reviews.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory requirements for all materials.
Qualification
- Active or eligible for a security clearance; prior military or defense logistics experience preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of military documentation, transport rules, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis tools; ability to run reports and interpret data.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to travel as required and work on diverse teams in dynamic environments.
- Relevant certifications (C.P.M., APICS, or equivalent) are a plus.
