Northstar Defense Group is hiring a proactive Military Logistics Coordinator to join our rapid-response team supporting domestic and international defense missions. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on logistics execution, ensuring mission readiness and supply chain resilience across multi-site operations.
As a key member of our logistics division, you will collaborate with military partners, contractors, and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory visibility, transportation planning, and warehousing operations while adhering to military standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end logistics planning for military deployments, exercises, and sustainment operations.
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure mission readiness.
- Collaborate with military partners and contractors to implement compliant supply chain solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize route planning.
- Develop contingency plans and risk assessments for high-velocity operations.
- Ensure adherence to security, safety, and regulatory standards across all activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field; military experience preferred.
- 5+ years of logistics or operations planning experience in defense or government sectors.
- Strong knowledge of military supply chains, inventory controls, and materials handling.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance or suitability for access to sensitive information.
