Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end logistics planning for military-grade supply chains, including inventory control, distribution, and transportation planning.
- Collaborate with defense partners, program managers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze performance metrics, develop dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Develop risk assessments and contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions in high-stakes environments.
- Ensure adherence to military standards, security policies, and data protection requirements.
- Prepare and present executive summaries on operations status, resource needs, and risk factors.
- Support ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle) and optimize logistics modules for efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure settings while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years of military logistics or defense contractor experience; active security clearance preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- In-depth knowledge of military procurement, inventory management, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams; PMP certification a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to obtain security clearance and pass background checks; US citizenship required.
