In this role you will operate a portable coffee setup, craft beverages to brand standards, and ensure a clean, organized workstation. You will interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, upsell house specials, and manage quick, accurate transactions. Responsibility
- Travel to assigned Jakarta area locations to serve customers with top-quality coffee
- Set up and operate a portable espresso system, prepare beverages per brand recipes, and ensure consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and mobile workstation; monitor inventory and reorder essentials as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and represent the Jago Coffee brand
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system; ensure accurate end-of-shift reconciliation
- Maintain safety and food handling standards; keep self and workspace clean and organized
- Break down and transport equipment at the end of each shift and submit daily sales and feedback reports
- Identify upsell opportunities to boost sales while maintaining speed and quality
Qualification
- Previous experience as a barista or mobile coffee vendor is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills; friendly, patient, and engaging
- Basic latte art and espresso preparation skills are a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation; willing to travel across the Jakarta area
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends or evenings as required
- Basic math, cash handling, and familiarity with POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with initiative
