Responsibility
- Travel to client locations across Los Angeles to perform notarial acts with professionalism and accuracy.
- Verify signers' identification and capacity, ensuring complete compliance with California notary laws.
- Administer oaths, witness signatures, and validate acknowledgments on real estate, legal, financial, and personal documents.
- Maintain accurate records in the notary journal and prepare proper documentation for each transaction.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide exceptional service, clearly explaining the notarial process and requirements to clients.
- Respond promptly to appointment requests while managing multiple assignments efficiently.
- Stay current with changing state notary regulations and professional development.
Qualification
- Current California Notary Public commission in good standing (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within LA county.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
