Responsibility

  • Assess and evaluate mortgage applications for Australian clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze applicant credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documentation to determine loan eligibility and risk levels.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and other stakeholders to collect additional information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and document detailed credit recommendations and decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian mortgage regulations, lender guidelines, and industry best practices.

Qualification
