Responsibility

  • Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to maximize asset utilization and lifecycle management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet or motorpool management, preferably in construction, property development, or facilities operations.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking systems.
  • Proven vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
