Horizonline Music Group is seeking a versatile Music Content Producer to join our creative team in Nashville. This role blends audio production, video storytelling, and strategic content planning to showcase emerging artists and our catalog.
As a key collaborator with A&R, marketing, and artists, you will shape narratives, oversee recording sessions, and deliver high-quality assets across streaming, social, and media outlets.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee music recording sessions, scheduling, and producer timelines.
- Produce high-quality audio tracks from pre-production to final mix/master.
- Plan, shoot, and edit music videos, live performances, and social content.
- Edit audio and video assets, ensuring consistency with brand and release calendars.
- Collaborate with A&R, marketing, and artists to craft compelling storytelling and campaigns.
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and equipment needs.
- Maintain studio workflows, metadata, and archival asset management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in music, audio engineering, film, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in music production, content creation, or studio operations.
- Strong proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- Solid understanding of mixing, mastering, and post-production techniques.
- Experience coordinating shoots, on-set production, and post-production workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Portfolio showing music content and video projects.
