Responsibility
- Source, sign, and clear music rights for campaigns, placements, and events.
- Manage end-to-end licensing workflows, from brief to final clearance.
- Collaborate with artists, composers, producers, and legal to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee audio production, editing, and mastering for licensed tracks and brand assets.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive metadata, documentation, and contracts for all assets.
- Build and nurture licensing partnerships with labels, publishers, and rights holders.
Qualification
- 3+ years in music licensing, content production, or rights clearance in an entertainment or agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with royalty workflows, PROs, and licensing terms.
- Proficiency with audio editing tools (DAW) and basic mix/master concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of music rights law and brand safety best practices.
