Nova Sound Collective is seeking a seasoned Music Producer to drive creative direction and production quality for a diverse roster of artists and projects in Los Angeles.
As a pivotal member of our production team, you will shepherd tracks from concept through final mix, collaborating with artists, engineers, and A&R to deliver compelling, release-ready music across genres including pop, hip-hop, and cinematic scores.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end music production for tracks spanning pop, hip-hop, and cinematic scores, from pre-production to final mix.
- Collaborate with artists, writers, and engineers to translate creative briefs into sonically compelling recordings.
- Oversee session planning, coaching performers, and directing arrangements, instrumentation, and vocal paths.
- Design and implement high-quality sounds, synth patches, and sample libraries to support diverse projects.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and flags for revisions to meet release deadlines.
- Mix and master stems ensuring loudness, clarity, and musical balance for streaming platforms and film cues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior producers and engineers to elevate the team's output.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on production experience with a proven track record across multiple genres.
- Expert proficiency with DAWs such as Ableton Live and Pro Tools; strong MIDI and synthesis skills.
- Solid understanding of mixing, mastering, and loudness standards for streaming and broadcast.
- Strong collaborative mindset with artists, writers, engineers, and label teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
