Responsibility
- Lead complex negotiations with key clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and maximize value.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies based on data, market insights, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, legal, and finance to prepare offers, counteroffers, and documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, non-disclosures, and service-level agreements.
- Train and mentor junior negotiators, sharing best practices and playbooks.
- Monitor performance metrics and post-deal optimization to improve future outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of negotiation experience in sales, procurement, or contract management.
- Proven track record closing high-stakes deals with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical abilities, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage multiple negotiations concurrently.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and basic legal concepts.
- High integrity, adaptability, and business acumen.
