In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end negotiation lifecycle—from discovery and framing to closure and contract handoff—while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance. You will influence decision-makers, create win-win scenarios, and contribute to scalable negotiation playbooks that elevate our business outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Lead complex negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies, frameworks, and playbooks for high-value deals.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze value drivers, trade-offs, and risk to optimize deal economics.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Procurement to align on terms and compliance.
  • Mentor and train junior negotiators; share best practices across the organization.
  • Track performance metrics, conduct post-deal reviews, and refine negotiation processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent in Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of negotiation, procurement, sales, or contract management experience in fast-paced markets.
  • Proven track record closing high-value, complex deals across multiple industries.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams; bilingual is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM and negotiation tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, CLM systems).
  • High ethics, attention to detail, and ability to manage ambiguity under pressure.
