Join Nexa Partners as a Negotiation Specialist and drive high-stakes deals across a global client base. You will lead complex negotiations, shape favorable terms, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that maximize value for both sides.
In this role, youâll own the end-to-end negotiation lifecycleâfrom discovery and framing to closure and contract handoffâwhile maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance. You will influence decision-makers, create win-win scenarios, and contribute to scalable negotiation playbooks that elevate our business outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead complex negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and outcomes.
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies, frameworks, and playbooks for high-value deals.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze value drivers, trade-offs, and risk to optimize deal economics.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Procurement to align on terms and compliance.
- Mentor and train junior negotiators; share best practices across the organization.
- Track performance metrics, conduct post-deal reviews, and refine negotiation processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent in Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of negotiation, procurement, sales, or contract management experience in fast-paced markets.
- Proven track record closing high-value, complex deals across multiple industries.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams; bilingual is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM and negotiation tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, CLM systems).
- High ethics, attention to detail, and ability to manage ambiguity under pressure.
