Paramount Negotiations is seeking a results-driven Senior Negotiation Specialist to join our New York City team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end negotiation lifecycle for complex, high-value contracts, collaborating with cross-functional partners to secure terms that drive value and minimize risk. As a strategic negotiator, you will influence outcomes at the executive level, craft compelling business cases, and build strong, lasting relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners to close complex deals on favorable terms.
  • Develop negotiation strategies, financial models, and risk assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts, SLAs, and addenda.
  • Maintain and update negotiation playbooks, training teammates, and ensuring consistency across deals.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and renewal planning to optimize cost and value over time.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Present negotiation outcomes and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of negotiation, procurement, or deal-making experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts with measurable savings and favorable terms.
  • Strong commercial acumen, financial modeling, and risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with contract law basics, procurement policies, and compliance considerations.
