As part of our high-performance team, you will collaborate across Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure deals, manage risk, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and risk-balanced outcomes.
- Develop negotiation strategies by analyzing market data, client needs, and internal constraints.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to structure contracts and pricing that maximize value.
- Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and expectations to ensure timely closes.
- Coach and mentor junior team members on negotiation techniques and deal hygiene.
- Conduct risk assessment and due diligence to identify contingencies and alternatives.
- Drive post-deal execution and relationship management to secure renewals and referrals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B negotiation experience in technology, professional services, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of closing complex multi-year deals with high value.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in financial modeling and ROI analyses.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence at senior levels and manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of contract law basics and risk management.
