NovaBridge Partners is seeking a results-driven Negotiation Strategist to join our enterprise advisory team in New York. You will lead high-stakes negotiations, shape deal terms, and align stakeholders across legal, finance, and operations to secure win-win outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end negotiation strategy for multi-million dollar contracts across diverse industries.
- Draft, review, and optimize term sheets, pricing models, and statements of work.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to align on favorable terms.
- Coach clients and internal stakeholders on negotiation techniques and best practices.
- Analyze risk, value leakage, and opportunities to strengthen terms and outcomes.
- Develop scalable negotiation playbooks, templates, and tools.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Track deal progress, KPIs, and post-close performance to ensure value realization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional negotiation experience in B2B, procurement, or sales.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with favorable terms and outcomes.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with contract management tools and CRM systems.
