We are seeking a results-driven Negotiation Specialist to lead high-stakes terms and craft win-win agreements across industries. As part of our growing team in New York, you will partner with procurement, legal, sales, and product teams to structure terms, manage counteroffers, and close deals that maximize value while protecting relationships.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for high-value deals.
- Lead multi-stakeholder negotiations with suppliers, customers, and partners; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets, LOIs, and final agreements, ensuring legal and commercial alignment.
- Analyze data and market benchmarks to optimize pricing, concessions, and value levers.
- Manage counteroffers, concessions, and negotiation timelines to drive timely closes.
- Build and disseminate playbooks, training, and best practices for internal teams.
- Mentor junior negotiators and provide coaching to improve negotiation outcomes.
- Maintain strong partner relationships and protect long-term value and reputation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B negotiation, procurement, or commercial management.
- Track record of closing high-value deals with favorable terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive, influential, and collaborative.
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and negotiation analytics.
- Familiarity with contract law basics and risk assessment.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; strong time management.
- Negotiation certifications such as CNL or CPM preferred.
