Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities in Thin film and Advanced coating industry
- Manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales within the Thin film or Advanced coating industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
