We are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Notary Public to deliver accurate, compliant notarizations for lenders, title companies, law firms, and individuals. As a Notary Public with our team, you will perform a variety of notarial acts in accordance with Massachusetts notary law, verify signer identities, maintain secure records, and ensure the confidentiality of client information. A strong customer service orientation and impeccable attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities include on-site and mobile notarizations, loan document signings, acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and the use of electronic notarization tools where permitted. You will collaborate with lenders, law firms, and title companies to facilitate efficient and compliant signings.

Responsibility
- Notarize documents in accordance with Massachusetts notary laws and standards.
- Verify signers' identities using approved methods; maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare and complete jurats, acknowledgments, oaths, and other notarial acts with precision.
- Provide mobile and on-site notarizations across Boston and surrounding suburbs.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data security, and professional ethics; safeguard client information.
- Maintain notarization equipment, including seals, stamps, and electronic notarization tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and law firms to coordinate signings and document flow.
Qualification
- Active Massachusetts Notary Public commission with current status.
- Minimum 2 years of notarization experience in a professional setting.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to explain notarization requirements clearly.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites within the Greater Boston area.
- Proficiency with digital notarization tools; knowledge of remote online notarization (RON) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
- Positive, professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
