Responsibility
- Perform notarial acts with accuracy and adherence to California notary laws and professional standards.
- Verify identity documents and ensure proper completion of notarial certificates.
- Assist clients during on-site signings, explaining document purposes and options clearly.
- Prepare and manage mobile notarization visits at clients' homes, offices, or hospitals.
- Maintain meticulous records and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Meet tight deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with signing agents, lenders, and title companies to coordinate signings.
- Utilize electronic notarization tools and maintain compliance with E&O insurance requirements.
Qualification
- Active California Notary Public commission in good standing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of notary or loan signing experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency with notary software, digital certificates, and basic office tools; experience with remote online notarization (RON) is a plus.
