Pacific Rim Notary Services is expanding its network of reputable Notaries in the San Diego area. We enable title companies, lenders, and individuals to complete essential documents with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities to grow into longer-term engagements.
As a Notary Public Signing Agent, you will verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure documents are properly executed for a variety of matters including real estate closings, power of attorney, and affidavits. You will work both on-site at client locations and remotely where allowed, maintaining a high standard of professional conduct.

Responsibility
- Perform Notary Public duties including identification verification, witnessing signatures, and proper document notarization in accordance with California law.
- Prepare, complete, and store notarial records, journals, and logs with meticulous accuracy and confidentiality.
- Travel to client sites, title offices, escrow companies, and residences to perform mobile notary services as needed.
- Explain notarial laws and document requirements to clients in clear, courteous terms.
- Handle sensitive information securely, ensuring data privacy and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and a well-organized workflow to meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Valid California Notary Public commission in good standing
- Minimum 1-2 years of notarization or signing agent experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel locally within San Diego and work flexible hours
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, ability to log notarial acts, and basic MS Office or mobile apps
- Background check clearance or willingness to undergo background check
