Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain OE production equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues promptly
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards within the production area
- Assist in the set-up, changeover, and calibration of machines and tools
- Work closely with engineers and supervisors to optimize production efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Qualification
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Prior experience in production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with operating industrial machinery or OE equipment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to follow SOPs and safety protocols strictly
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in Seletar, North Region
- Physically fit and able to perform shift work if required
