Responsibility
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for internal and external events
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
- Prepare and organize documents, generate reports, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Manage correspondence, respond to inquiries, and route messages to appropriate teams
- Assist with travel planning and expense reporting
- Support vendors and procurement processes, including invoice processing and recordkeeping
- Assist HR and IT teams with onboarding, equipment requests, and basic admin tasks
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of office administration or front desk experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with document management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
