Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex itineraries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event support.
- Prepare and format internal and client documents, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and procurement requests with attention to detail.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide exceptional customer service.
- Support facilities operations, onboarding, and general office administration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualification
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional email etiquette.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM/ERP basics.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Basic bookkeeping and invoicing experience is a plus.
- Comfort with handling confidential information and working in a team environment.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
