As the cornerstone of our administrative operations, you’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain organized records. Responsibility
- Manage general office operations, front-desk coverage, and reception duties to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare materials for executives and teams.
- Oversee document management, file systems, and data entry with high attention to accuracy.
- Prepare reports, coordinate vendor relations, and assist with procurement and budget tracking.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires, including orientation logistics and paperwork.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with a professional, timely, and courteous approach.
- Assist with event planning, team activities, and office logistics to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and help implement process improvements.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or operations support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with document management systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent preferred.
- Professional demeanor and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and reliability.
