Responsibility
- Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for executives and teams, ensuring optimal time utilization.
- Answer calls, screen inquiries, and greet visitors with a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Prepare, format, and file documents; maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting to support smoothly executed business trips.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment
- Assist with onboarding, new hire setup, and maintaining the employee directory.
- Support data entry, CRM updates, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or executive support experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
- Experience managing calendars, travel logistics, and meeting preparation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Solid record-keeping, data entry skills, and familiarity with basic invoicing or bookkeeping is a plus.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
