Responsibility
- Manage front desk and reception duties with professionalism, greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and organize virtual calls.
- Handle document management, filing, scanning, and accurate data entry into core systems.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, vendor communications, and expense reporting.
- Support travel arrangements and event coordination for team members and guests.
- Assist with onboarding, HR administrative tasks, and new hire paperwork.
- Support facilities management, office supply procurement, and equipment maintenance.
- Draft internal communications and help maintain organized filing and knowledge management systems.
Qualification
- 2+ years of office administration or related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings across teams.
- Basic bookkeeping or expense reporting experience is a plus.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
