Responsibility
- Greet visitors, answer phones, route inquiries, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate room bookings, and send timely reminders.
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense submissions.
- Oversee office supplies and vendor relationships; process purchase orders and invoices.
- Support HR and finance teams with onboarding, timesheets, and data entry as needed.
Qualification
- 2+ years of proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Workspace; basic tech troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and high level of discretion.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with calendar management tools and basic bookkeeping or expense reporting is a plus.
