Responsibility

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications for team members.
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, handle front desk operations, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Prepare, format, and file documents, reports, and presentations; assist with data entry and record keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event support as needed.

Qualification

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
