Responsibility
- Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange travel when needed.
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and internal communications; maintain filing and records.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, procurement, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Support onboarding, HR coordination, and employee records maintenance; assist with basic payroll or timekeeping tasks as needed.
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and generating basic operational reports.
- Coordinate facilities and IT support requests with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace; comfort with office software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvement.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
