In this role, you will act as the hub of the office, handling calendar management, document control, supply procurement, and day-to-day communications with clients and colleagues. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain a professional environment that reflects our brand.
Responsibility
- Coordinate calendars for leaders, schedule meetings, and arrange travel as needed.
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage front-desk communications with a professional, courteous approach.
- Prepare, format, and file documents, reports, and correspondence while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships; coordinate facilities requests and maintenance tasks.
- Support onboarding of new hires and offboarding processes; assist with payroll and timekeeping support where applicable.
- Coordinate internal communications and cross-departmental initiatives to streamline operations.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or executive support.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
