As a key member of our operations team, you will manage scheduling, coordinate logistics, maintain records, and assist with project coordination. You will work closely with leadership to execute processes that improve efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibility
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, book travel, and prepare logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Answer inquiries, greet visitors, and provide high-quality customer service to staff and clients.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, digital records, and data entry accuracy.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and contractors.
- Assist with office supply management and facilities coordination to ensure a productive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and communications.
Qualification
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfortable with technology.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication, plus professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to improvise under pressure.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
