Responsibility

  • Manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, answer phones, and route inquiries with a professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Coordinate executives' calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Prepare, format, and file documents; maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Support procurement and vendor relationships; track office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Support meeting logistics, events, and onboarding processes; assist with employee orientation and training logistics as needed.
  • Maintain CRM and database records with accurate data entry and regular cleanups.

Qualification
